Job Opportunity: Social Media & Community Manager
Location: boumerdes
Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Mid-Level
Key Responsibilities
Community Cultivation: Moderate comments, facilitate discussions, and proactively engage with followers to turn "users" into "advocates."
Social Listening: Monitor industry trends and brand mentions to identify opportunities for "newsjacking" or proactive customer service.
Performance Tracking: Analyze weekly KPIs (reach, engagement, and conversion rates) to refine strategy and report ROI to stakeholders.
Crisis Management: Act as the first line of defense in managing negative feedback or PR sensitive situations with grace and speed.
What We’re Looking For
The Analyst: You don’t just see "likes"; you see patterns. You use data to decide what to post next.
The People Person: You genuinely enjoy interacting with people online and have the "thick skin" required for high-volume community management.
