SARL OUEDKNISS undertakes that any processing of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with Law 18-07 of 10-06-2018 relating to the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data (hereinafter "LPDP") and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The legal basis for the processing is the compliance with a legal obligation to which SARL OUEDKNISS is subject, as stated in Article 7 of Law 18-07 of 10-06-2018 relating to the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.

3.4 DURATION OF CONSERVATION:

The data are kept for a duration of one (1) year from the date of registration as stated by Article 11 of Law 09-04 of 05-08-2009 concerning specific rules related to the prevention and fight against offenses linked to information and communication technologies.

The data may be transmitted to judicial authorities.

4. MONITORING AND IMPROVEMENT OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP:

The User must update the information concerning them appearing on their Individualized space themselves. For the deletion of their individualized space, the User must follow the technical steps outlined on OUEDKNISS.COM.
The request to exercise the User's rights must be addressed to the DPO of SARL OUEDKNISS as follows:

The User must provide the necessary documents justifying their identity and indicate the email address or phone number linked to their user account on OUEDKNISS.COM while explaining which data are the subject of the request and the reasons for it.

3.2 OVERVIEW OF RIGHTS GRANTED BY LAW:

3.2.1 RIGHT OF ACCESS:

The User has the right to know if data concerning them are being processed by SARL OUEDKNISS, the purposes of the processing, as well as the categories of data being processed, and the recipients of the data.
SARL OUEDKNISS must provide the User exercising their right with a copy of the data held in an intelligible form along with any available information on the origin of the data.
SARL OUEDKNISS may oppose manifestly abusive requests.

3.2.2 RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION:

The right of rectification allows the User to correct, update, erase, or lock their Data.
SARL OUEDKNISS must carry out the necessary rectifications without charge to the User, within ten (10) days following its official request.
In case of refusal or no response within the aforementioned period, the User has the right to introduce a rectification request to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data, which will conduct all necessary investigations and require SARL OUEDKNISS to make the necessary rectifications.

3.2.3 RIGHT TO OBJECT:

The User may exercise this right if it appears that the data concerning them are used for purposes of prospecting, particularly commercial, by SARL OUEDKNISS.
The User must explain which data they are objecting to and the reasons for it.
However, this right cannot be exercised when the data processing is necessary to meet a legal obligation or when its application has been expressly excluded by a provision of the act authorizing the processing.

ARTICLE 4 SECURITY:

SARL OUEDKNISS pays particular attention to the security aspect and makes all necessary efforts to ensure and guarantee the security of OUEDKNISS.COM and that the Data remains secure.
The use of OUEDKNISS Services is carried out in a secure manner. However, risks may still exist. Therefore, the User must take certain precautions indicated below when using OUEDKNISS.COM:
The User must be wary of requests from unknown third parties other than OUEDKNISS.COM or pretending to be OUEDKNISS.COM asking to confirm their password by any technical means. In such cases, the User should ignore this request and inform SARL OUEDKNISS of the incident.
The User must always ensure the protection of their password, hence if the User uses a public computer, they must ensure to always log out of their account.
The User is aware that the password is personal, and as such, should not be communicated to anyone.
The User, when creating the password to access their dedicated space on OUEDKNISS.COM, should use a secure password and avoid obvious passwords such as a series of numbers. Also, ensure to change the password regularly.

ARTICLE 5 APPLICABILITY:

Any access or use of OUEDKNISS.COM implies unequivocal acceptance of these terms.
This privacy policy is subject to change or update. In this case, it will be presented to the User who must accept its content to continue their user experience on OUEDKNISS.COM. These modifications will be binding from the time of their online publication.
The User must refer only to the online version at the date of their consultation.
